Now more than ever I feel it’s important to shop with small businesses in mind and really rally around them. I’m just as guilty as anyone of shopping from big retailers, but I’m trying to be more and more conscious of where I’m spending my money, especially when I can support a friend in the process.
I thought I would put together a list of the small businesses I love the most! I plan to continually add to this post as I find more I love.
JEWELRY

I have such a special place in my heart for Michelle and her beautiful jewelry. I love doing my own nails and have tried countless polishes over the years. My absolute favorites are by Bess & Color! Their polishes are “10-free” (non-toxic) and last longer than any I’ve ever used! I also love their unique colors inspired by Wes Anderson films. “She Smokes” and “O R They” are my favorites so far!
Alima Pure
Alima Pure is an amazing non-toxic makeup brand! I use their bronzer and blush because they are also acne safe, and they’re honestly my favorite I’ve ever used.
Lark Skin Co.
Lark is another really beautiful clean beauty brand! Their branding and packaging is perfection! So far I’ve been using and loving their custom pink clay mask, under eye oil, and perfume rollerball.
Fat and the Moon
Fat and the Moon is a really cool non-toxic beauty and lifestyle brand with tonnnnssss of different products (I have a huge list I want to try). I use their highlighter “beam” which is acne-safe and soooo beautiful for an extra glow!
Lux Unfiltered
I love their No. 32 self-tanning lotion! It builds a really nice tan, is really moisturizing, and is super easy + low maintenance to use!

Roen Candles
This brand is pretty much me in candle form (hah). The packaging is stunning, and I love that they’re made in small batches with clean-burning coconut wax. All of the scents are inspired by different neighborhoods in LA! I can’t wait to place my first order!
Convivial
Convivial is an incredible ceramics studio in KC that I’ve actually gotten to tour! I absolutely love their designs and have several of their pieces in my home.
Zefiro Waste
This shop has incredible eco friendly home wears! We are in love with their dish brushes, which are made from sustainable materials and are compostable!
Studio Pillows
This is the most beautiful pillow shop with that Amber Interiors look for much, much less (she actually uses many of the same fabrics). I need to replace several pillows in our home and am just trying to narrow down exactly what I want! Karis, who owns the shop and creates the pillow covers, is so lovely and helpful if you need styling ideas!
Goodies LA
Goodies LA sells beautiful home decor items for $25 or less! If you’re in LA, they’re making local deliveries right now! A lot of their items are sold out online at the moment, but I know they’re working hard to restock and will also be listing items on their Instagram!

Moodbeli sells incredible adaptogen and mushroom blends that I’m obsessed with! They’re also just a super cool company!
Karen Berrios
Karen Berrios sources the most incredible superfoods from Peru and you can buy directly on their website, as well as through Amazon. I recommend every single one of their superfoods, but especially cacao for the antioxidants and camu camu for its incredible vitamin c potency!
Harmonized House
My friend and coworker Angie is incredibly knowledgeable about essential oils and makes the most incredible EO-based products for all kinds of wellness needs! She just launched her Etsy shop and I want alllll the things, including the cramp relief oil!
IQ Bar
I love their super clean, super delicious bars when I need a snack on the go! They are soooo good — trust me on this.
Bloom Farms CBD
I love love love their Balance CBD tincture! It always helps me to feel calmer during stressful times.

Jo Johnson
For those who don’t know, Jo is my best friend and she’s also an incredible entrepreneur and photographer! She has released some incredible educational resources + blog posts, and has some more really exciting resources coming out soon. If you’ve been wanting to learn how to shoot in manual on your camera or want some help in pricing yourself as an entrepreneur/freelancer, her guides are absolutely amazing.
Emily Cox Wellness
Emily is a holistic nutritionist and yoga instructor. I worked with her to achieve some nutrition, hormone and wellness goals, and she changed my life!
