If you're reading this, then congrats - we've made it to Friday or the weekend! This week actually flew by so quickly, and I managed to cook a healthy dinner at home every night but one, and I squeezed in 3 workout classes! Being sick for 3 weeks earlier this month really knocked my energy levels, but I've been focusing on drinking tons of water, eating lots of veggies, getting back in the gym...and averaging over 7 hours of sleep each night (SO hard for me with working full time + blogging!). I'm also trying to build up my immune system before winter after being on antibiotics for 19 days (ick!!), so I've been religiously taking a women's multivitamin, a high-quality probiotic, and elderberry liquid every day. Do you have any tips or products for energy and supporting your immune system? I'd love to know!

Tonight Trey's football team has a district playoff game, and then tomorrow I'm going to a production of Mama Mia with my mom, so it should be a fun weekend! :) Do you have any fun weekend plans??
